Pastor Gordon Worship helps us grow in our relationship with God, even as it nurtures a strong sense of community among God's people. Our worship experiences are Biblically-based, including adult, children and bell choirs, other music, Scripture reading, dramas, sermons and children's story telling. Intercession through prayers, forgiveness through song and prayer: and instruction using scripture and pastoral teaching are all part of our worship.

A time for sharing joys and concerns of the congregation helps God's people in their petitions and praise to God, as well as gaining strength from the Body of Christ. We feel we are a "Fellowship of Believers", which to us means helping and being helped by others through sharing and worship.

Visual images on banners and communion table arrangements enhance the meaning of the Scriptural themes in our worship. More diversity of worship styles is an area we are working towards. The church is adding a new supplemental songbook with contemporary praise songs, as well as older, favorite hymns that are not included in our Mennonite Hymnal.

Special worship services include Advent and Lenten themes, Maunday Thursday, and Christmas Eve.

CHILDREN'S TIME:
Children's time usually involves a fascinating story or object lesson, relating to the morning's message.

Singing SINGING TOGETHER:
Raising our voices together with those around us is both corporate worship, yet highly personal. Worship creates a feeling of oneness with those around us as we praise or petition our Lord together.
